★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surpresas que tive apenas no dia de me mudar: a imobiliária me passou um valor bastante antigo e desatualizado do condomínio e não me informaram dos 400 reais de taxa de mudança (que nunca vi fora de Bauru -- a resposta da imobiliária quando eu falei sobre isso foi "você nunca morou em condomínio?"). Imobiliárias em geral são problemáticas, mas essa é especial. Passem longe.
Surprises that had just the day to change me, the real estate I spent quite old and outdated value of the condo and did not inform me of the 400 actual rate of change (I've never seen out of Bauru - the housing of the response when I talked about this was "you never lived in a condominium?"). Real estate in general is problematic, but this one is special. Pass away.

Ela fez as visitas comigo, coisa que não é muito comum em várias imobiliárias de Bauru!!! Pra resumir... Eu recomendo muito essa imobiliária e em especial a corretora Regiane!!!
Very top real estate... I had the pleasure of being attended by the broker Regiane, very friendly, attentive, cordial and the best... She made the visits with me, something that is not very common in several real estate agencies in Bauru!!! To summarize... I highly recommend this real estate company and especially the brokerage Regiane!!!
