★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bom, vizinhos bons, tem garagem os ap's pequenos mas porem muito bem acabados....
Eu fique alguns dias na casa de um amigo que é uma das primeiras bem de frente a numero "1"... e por ser de frente pro sol, ter telhado de zinco, e forro pvc o calor é insuportavel.
O ambiente é até comfortavel mas na minha opinião o proprietário do condominio deveria fazer algum tipo de cobertura na frente pelomenos pra ver se dava pra amenizar o calor nos primeiros imóveis....

Good place, good neighbors, have the garage after small's but however beautifully finished ....
I stay for a few days at a friend's house, which is one of the first right in front of the number "1" ... and being facing the sun, having a tin roof, and lining pvc the heat is unbearable.
The environment is even comfortable but in my opinion the owner of the condominium should do some kind of coverage in front to see if you could soften the heat in the first properties ....
