★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A equipe de segurança do aeroporto esta assistindo muito "Aeroporto - Área Restrita". A segurança abriu toda a minha mochila (sem aviso prévio e sem solicitar autorização),perguntei se ela tinha visto algo no RAIO X e ela disse que não, mas mesmo assim continuou mexendo nas minhas coisas. Não bastando isso abriu e cheirou minha garrafinha de água mineral, detalhe, ela estava lacrada. Nem em aeroporto internacional passei por tal situação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e suporte ao usuário é péssimo. Minha irmã com filha no colo e carregando uma mala e o sujeito gritando aos berros com todos que se aproximaram da porta para tentsr ajudá-la. Um sujeito chamado Valmir é um perfeito ignorante. Sem preparo nenhum e quando fui perguntar quem era o superior, eis que o próprio era o gestor como foi me passado. A polícia presente assentiu que a organização é péssima. Não há avisos de área restrita, uma emboleira de gente aglomerados. Inclusive o próprio Valmir quando fui abordá-lo para conversar tirou a máscara. Talvez numa tentativa de me intimidar, visto todos termos medo de contrair o covid. Enfim um pandemônio. Esta muito mal organizado o aeroporto de uma região que teria tudo pra crescer. Mas precisa ter a frente de tais instituições pessoas com um mínimo preparo.

The airport in a region that would have everything to grow is very poorly organized. But people with a minimum amount of preparation must be at the front of such institutions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aos críticos de plantão, que usam as redes sociais para expressar sua insatisfação, ressalto que depois de muitos anos de luta e sonho de um voo regular em nossa cidade, procurem se informar sobre os modos operantes que se faz necessário em aeroportos que dispõe de voos regulares, antes de ficarem desfilando criticas infundadas.
Os regulamentos são para serem seguidos.
Quero parabenizar a toda equipe envolvida e que compõe o Aeroporto de Guanambi-BA.
Todos os dias, 7 dias da semana, cada um se doando ao máximo para prestar um serviço de qualidade.
E que tenham todos uma ótima viagem.

Parabéns povo de Guanambi, vocês mereciam um aeroporto assim já fazia tempo. Graças a Deus que nos deu um Presidente com P maiúsculo que não rouba e nem deixa roubar. The airport is still very humble but very tasteful. I'm sure it will grow by leaps and bounds as the place attracts many visitors and the city is in rapid progress. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sala de embarque MINÚSCULA e péssima ventilação (um risco para funcionários e passageiros nessa época de pandemia).
Muito quente e apertado. Lá dentro ainda tem pouco banheiro e não há água potável!
Além disso, há uma péssima gestão de embarque. Fazem os prioritários ficarem de pé uns 20min pra agilizar não sei o que. Conseguem se enrolar com apenas um voo.
Por falar nisso, não sei como só tem voo direto pra BH e não SP, RJ ou BSB.

Very hot and tight. Inside there is still little bathroom and there is no drinking water!
