Paguei a passagem e a agência falou que ia incluir a cachorrinha e eu que tive que correr a trás, entrando em contato com a empresa aérea. Que seria o serviço da agência de viagem. Eles falaram que não conseguia falar com a empresa aerea. Todas as vezes que liguei na gol conseguir falar. Vcs não tiveram um pingo de interesse em resolver a solução da cachorrinha. E desde do início falei que só ia comprar a passagem se inserisse a cachorrinha. Mas tá bom, vi que a Aeroay não é a msm de anos atrás. Atenciosa, responsável como antes. Infelizmente não indico pra mais ninguém. Deixou a desejar.
At the moment I will not be able to say positive things, as my experience left something to be desired! I needed to buy the ticket and include my little dog too. I paid the ticket and the agency said it would include the dog and I, who had to run back, contacting the airline. That would be the travel agency service. They said they couldn't talk to the airline. Every time I called gol I managed to speak. You guys didn't have an ounce of interest in solving the puppy's solution. And from the beginning I said that I would only buy the ticket if I entered the little dog. But ok, I saw that Aeroay is not the msm of years ago. Attentive, responsible as before. Unfortunately I don't recommend it to anyone else. Left to be desired.
