I was at the agency today, they self-evaluate themselves... they don't let the customer assess the service at the desks... very precarious service

There is no note for this unit. Employees do not provide necessary information to customers. Unrated employees. Untrained employees. Client needs to go to the agency several times to solve a simple problem. It does not provide a good service.

They cut the power to my house unduly, they didn't even have time for me to show the voucher and they're still making a big deal of reconnecting it, since we've already shown that everything has been paid for.

Hj leitura n tirou da minha casa , aí AGR vó ter q pagar consumo aproximado q vai ser o dobro do valor normal por pura preguiça do cara q tira leitura .
E n é a primeira vez essa palhaçada.
Quem puder use gato na luz msm pq quando vc quer pagar e fazer certo eles te tiram de otario !!
I would give no stars but unfortunately I can't.
Today reading didn't take it out of my house, then AGR will have to pay approximate consumption that will be twice the normal value for sheer laziness of the guy who takes reading.
And it's not the first time this joke.
Who can use a cat in the light because when you want to pay and do it right they take you out of a sucker!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que ridículo a infraestrutura do lugar! Fui em dia com um calor muito forte, assim, como o Índice UV estava extremo e nos mantiveram no sol com uma fila que passava de 30 minutos. Fila única com idosos nela! Havia apenas um atendente no local e passava de 1 hora para resolver questões simples. É uma vergonha e desrespeito!
How ridiculous the infrastructure of the place! I went on a very hot day, as the UV Index was extreme and they kept us in the sun with a queue that lasted more than 30 minutes. Single row with seniors in it! There was only one attendant on site and spent 1 hour to resolve simple issues. It's a disgrace and disrespect!
