★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz quatro mudanças em quatro anos, sendo uma delas interestadual, e nunca tive serviço pior do que o da AF Mudanças. Entregaram móveis lascados e danificados, minha geladeira chegou amassada. Para piorar, eles cobram o serviço por hora. A mudança terminou com 3h55 minutos, mas o funcionário demorou 15 minutos para trazer a máquina e cobrou por 5 horas, coagindo a minha esposa, que estava sozinha em casa, a pagar. Liguei para a empresa e falei com a Célia sobre o ocorrido. Ela ficou de me dar uma resposta, mas nunca retornou. Isso porque foi uma mudança pequena, dentro da cidade de Fortaleza, com poucos itens. Imagina você com uma mudança grande e móveis de valor. Não recomendo. Daria 0 estrela se fosse possível.
I made four changes in four years, one of them being interstate, and I have never had a worse service than AF Mudanças. They delivered chipped and damaged furniture, my refrigerator arrived dented. To make matters worse, they charge the service by the hour. The move ended in 3h55 minutes, but the employee took 15 minutes to bring the machine and charged for 5 hours, coercing my wife, who was home alone, to pay. I called the company and talked to Célia about what happened. She was left to give me an answer, but never returned. That's because it was a small change, within the city of Fortaleza, with few items. Imagine yourself with a big change and furniture of value. I do not recommend. I would give 0 stars if possible.
