No dia do velório da minha madrastra foi feito um procedimento que não foi pedido, visto que ela se enterraria mesmo dia, os filhos extremamente consternados e ainda resolvendo pendências financeiras, e mesmo durante anos pagando um plano a assistência não cobre. Entendo que as cobranças devem ter no mínimo critérios e respeito, um dos filhos da minha madrastra foi constrangido no local de trabalho por um funcionário da AFAGU de Quixadá, por isso quando for resolvida a pendência que ficou, o fato da maneira de como esse funcionário abordou o filho da minha madrastra não vai passar despercebido, pra que o mesmo saiba e a própria empresa treine seus funcionários para que tenham ética e respeito pelos clientes.
