★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saí do plano da Amil e migrei da a Unimed. A primeira pergunta que fiz para a corretora Angela foi se haveria carência se eu mudasse de plano. A mesma me informou que se eu estivesse a mais de doze meses no plano anterior que não haveria carência. Para minha surpresa, após minha esposa se cadastrar no aplicativo MEU PLANO | CENTRAL NACIONAL UNIMED a carência para parto apareceu. Hoje liguei 3 vezes para a corretora Angela e a mesma não atendeu nenhuma de minhas ligações. Espero ter meu problema resolvido o mais rápido possível.
I left Amil's plan and migrated from Unimed. The first question I asked the broker Angela was whether there would be a shortage if I changed plans. It informed me that if I had been in the previous plan for more than twelve months there would be no shortage. To my surprise, after my wife signed up for the MY PLAN | CENTRAL NACIONAL UNIMED the lack of childbirth appeared. Today I called Angela brokerage 3 times and she didn't answer any of my calls. I hope to have my problem resolved as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixa a desejar no apoio ao corretor. Muitos supervisores inexperientes que atrapalham na produção. Ex: enviei proposta de trasmontano ficou parada por muito tempo, quando perguntei a supervisora ( Jessica) se havia transmitido a proposta a MESMA disse que sim. Ao ligar para trasmontano fiquei sabendo que não havia transmitido. Cliente cancelou a venda. Prejuízo para CORRETOR.
It leaves something to be desired in supporting the broker. Many inexperienced supervisors who get in the way of production. Ex: I sent a proposal from Trasmontano was stopped for a long time, when I asked the supervisor (Jessica) if she had transmitted the proposal, SAME said yes. When I called Trasmontano I learned that I had not broadcast. Customer canceled the sale. Loss for BROKER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saí do plano da Amil e fui para o plano da Unimed via Affinity. Perguntei para a corretora se não teria carência. Ele me afirmou duas vezes que não teria carência. Para minha surpresa, após minha esposa baixar o aplicativo, havia carência. Entrei em contato com a Angela que me atendeu, e falei das carências. No começo ela me atendeu. Mas depois bloqueou o WhatsApp e não atende as minhas ligações. Essa é a segunda reclamação que faço no Google. A primeira foi feita pela minha esposa e não tivemos retorno apesar de já termos passado os contatos conforme solicitado no e-mail indicado.
I left the Amil plan and went to the Unimed plan via Affinity. I asked the broker if there was no need. He told me twice that there would be no need. To my surprise, after my wife downloaded the application, there was a shortage. I got in touch with Angela who attended to me, and talked about the needs. At first she answered me. But then he blocked WhatsApp and doesn't answer my calls. This is the second complaint I make on Google. The first one was made by my wife and we did not have any feedback even though we had already provided the contacts as requested in the indicated email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que quem TRABALHA na corretora não deveria enviar comentário aqui pq altera a avaliação - "estrelas" - para que nós como usuários interessados em encontrar uma boa corretora, possamos ver a real situação na prestação de serviços. No entanto, por hora, vejo que funcionários avaliam bem pela comissão e etc..., mas usuários não avaliam bem. Então, sugiro que esses funcionários bem comissionados, trabalhem bem para que os usuários tb possam avaliar positivamente.
I think that anyone who WORKS at the broker should not send a comment here because it changes the rating - "stars" - so that we, as users interested in finding a good broker, can see the real situation in the provision of services. However, for now, I see that employees rate well by commission and etc..., but users do not rate well. So, I suggest that these well-commissioned employees work well so that users can also evaluate positively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Na hora de contratar, quando querem receber, dão todo atendimento do mundo. Inclusive cobram o pagamento todo dia. Depois que paguei não recebi mais retorno e nem meu plano ativo! Corretora golpista!!
Terrible. When hiring, when they want to receive, they give all the service in the world. They even charge payment every day. After I paid, I didn't receive a return or my active plan! Scam Broker!!

Victor raucci nos atendeu e fez de tudo para fechar o plano conosco.
Finalizando o contrato em cima de mentiras e não nos apresentando uma data de vencimento para o pagamento do plano de saúde.
Muito cuidado com esse tipo de corretor que passa por cima de tudo para fechar contratos.
Estou grávida, precisando do plano e tudo que perguntei pra ele antes de fechar o contrato ele mentiu.
Inclusive estou pagando juros a 3 meses devido a incompetência dele de não nos apresentar uma data para pagamento.
NÃO INDICO ESSA CORRETORA, CUIDADO COM OS FUNCIONÁRIOS MENTIROSOS
Terrible broker, with lousy brokers
Victor Raucci attended to us and did everything he could to close the plan with us.
Ending the contract on top of lies and not presenting us with a due date for the payment of the health plan.
Be very careful with this type of broker who goes over everything to close contracts.
I'm pregnant, needing the plan and everything I asked him before closing the contract he lied.
I'm even paying interest for 3 months due to his incompetence in not presenting us with a payment date.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BROKER, BEWARE OF THE LYING EMPLOYEES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMA CORRETORA. Tentei fazer um orçamento, o corretor foi super desrespeitoso, falou que não faria o orçamento pois daria muito trabalho e ficaria um valor muito alto. Dando a entender que eu não teria dinheiro para pagar o seguro. Em resumo, enrolou durante 4 dias, não enviou o orçamento e me desrespeitou já no primeiro atendimento, quem dirá após uma compra. Não indico nem para o meu pior inimigo.
TERRIBLE BROKER. I tried to make a quote, the broker was super disrespectful, said he wouldn't do the quote because it would be a lot of work and it would be a very high value. Intimating that I wouldn't have the money to pay for the insurance. In short, it rolled for 4 days, didn't send the quote and disrespected me in the first service, let alone after a purchase. I don't even recommend it to my worst enemy.
