★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Na hora de alugar são solicitos. Mas depois quando surge problemas no imóvel são omissos. Não possuem comunicação clara. Deixam a desejar na questão transparência. Não trabalham no fds. Não gostam que reclame do serviço deles. Muito burocráticos. Sugiro sempre registrar tudo por e-mail e gravar para evitar problemas futuros pois alegam dizer coisas que não falaram. Não recomendo.
Terrible! At the time of rent they are solicitous. But then when problems arise in the property are omitted. They have no clear communication. They lack transparency in the matter. They don't work at fds. They don't like complaining about their service. Very bureaucratic. I always suggest to record everything by email and record to avoid future problems as they claim to say things that did not speak. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento que já vi, nada proativos, tudo você tem que ficar perguntando. Os corretores demoram a marcar visita, quando marcam e não comparecem, você só sabe se ligar e perguntar, vergonhoso, por essas e outras eu sempre recorro ao Quinto Andar.
Worst service I've ever seen, nothing proactive, everything you have to keep asking. Brokers are slow to make an appointment, when they make an appointment and don't show up, you just know how to call and ask, shamefully, about these and others. I always go to the Fifth Floor.
