Fiz um cartão há dois anos para usar numa promoção de uma loja e agora apareceu uma fatura indevida e nao a reconheci. liguei com antecedencia, antes do dia do vencimento. Nao tive retorno e foi gerado juros. NUNCA FAÇAM CARTAO COM ESSA EMPRESA! Agora vou buscar meus direitos e mais uma novela se iniciara.
 Company with no responsibility for security. I made a card two years ago to use in a store promotion and now an incorrect invoice appeared and I didn't recognize it. I called in advance, before the due date. There was no return and interest was generated. NEVER MAKE A CARD WITH THIS COMPANY! Now I'm going to seek my rights and another soap opera will begin.

Estou tentando contato faz dias com essa instituição, através de todos os números de contato e e-mails fornecidos, nenhum funcionou.
Péssimo local para fazer negócios.
Chega fatura com anuidade sem nem ter recebido cartão.
Não consegue acessar o app pra saber nada pois não tem os dados que solicitam.
Ninguém te atende, quando atende é um robô mal programado para atender as demandas.

Eu tinha um cartão Sorocred ate um certo momento foi útil, recentemente lá no aplicativo constava um cartão de bandeira VISA com um limite superior ao outro, esperamos pagar o antigo pra poder usar o novo, já que pega em todos os estabelecimentos e faz parcelamento, ficamos uns 2 meses sem desbloquear o mesmo, fizemos o desbloqueio e passamos um constrangimento na loja pois a compra deu mais de 2.100 o cartão não passou e tinha uma mensagem que dizia que estava bloqueado, ligamos e a atendente disse que o ele foi bloqueado por passar muito tempo sem usar e tem que esperar o sistema atualizar, ficamos sem cartão, até porque o outro foi pago recentemente e esta bloqueado também e ligamos lá pra temos o outro normalmente e ninguém atende, falta de respeito ao consumidor, sendo que sempre foi pago nos dias certo.

I'm very angry with this card they don't answer you call all the numbers they don't answer don't unblock the card they're already charging me I won't pay because I know my rights and if they do something I'll file a lawsuit with this company. Really bad ?

Uma empresa de respeito e caráter ??????? eles fez uma atualização no aplicativo e fiquei sem usar eles me deram todo o suporte atenção para o aplicativo voltar a funcionar novamente os dois funcionários que entrou em contato comigo e eu falei a situação eles ficaram comovido com tudo que no dia eu fiquei muito triste e chateado com o aplicativo que não funcionou mais depois da atualização mais no final deu tudo certo com atenção e dedicação dos funcionários e dão o melhor para explicar para o cliente
Continua assim fazendo tudo com amor ? e dedicando e fazer o melhor vão longe ???????eles tem vários cursos palestras dicas para você crescer venha conhecer esta empresa

Faz semanas que a SOROCRED me liga diariamente, várias vezes por dia, perguntando se eu sou Elias ( meu nome é André) e mw cobrando por uma fatura indevida visto que nunca tive conta na sorocred. Tenho gêmeas de 5 meses e elas acordam o tempo inteiro com essas ligações, é totalmente invasão de privacidade e falta de respeito, visto que é somente cruzar o número de meu CPF e ver que EU NAO SOU ELIAS!! já contatei meu advogado para entrar com os processos devidos!
Dozens of calls daily charging me for a person who is not me!!
It's been weeks since SOROCRED calls me daily, several times a day, asking if I'm Elias (my name is André) and mw charging me for an undue invoice since I never had a sorocred account. I have 5 month old twins and they wake up all the time with these calls, it's a total invasion of privacy and lack of respect, since it's just crossing my CPF number and seeing that I'M NOT ELIAS!! I have already contacted my lawyer to file the due process!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz meses q a Afinz esta ligando atrás de uma tal de kemilly. Já falei q não sou ela , sem contar q os funcionários q ligam 90% sao mal educados.já chegaram a ligar depois das 21:00 e dia de sábado.
Um deles falou q eu era essa moça e tava mentindo falou p me pagar e deixar de ser caloteira . Discuti com ele e por eu esta gravida minha pressão subiu e tive q ir pro pronto socorro.
Conversei com uma advogada e vou entrar com uma ação contra vcs. Principalmente por aceitar despreparo de gente mal educados como os atendentes de vcs.
