★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa! Estou com uma panela que enviaram errado. E o atendimento deles é horrível. Não atendem o telefone,só pelo whatsapp , demoram de responder não tem iniciativa a gente tem que ficar dando opções. Funcionários despreparados! NÃO INDICO!
Estou tentando resolver meu problema e eles não dão atenção!
Bad company! I have a pot that they sent wrong. And their service is horrible. They don't answer the phone, just by whatsapp, they take too long to answer, there's no initiative, we have to keep giving options. Unprepared employees! NOT INDICATE!
I'm trying to solve my problem and they don't pay attention!

Cheguei com a minha panela com defeito. Limparam ela testaram o motor e as tomadas trocaram o fio que estava derretido. Tudo feito em menos de 1 hora. Liguei e me informei sobre o horario de atendimento e fui e nao tive nenhum problema com horario e atendimento. Super indico.
Wonderful after sales service.
I arrived with my defective pan. They cleaned it, tested the engine and the sockets replaced the melted wire. All done in less than 1 hour. I called and inquired about the service hours and went and had no problem with hours and service. Super indication.
