★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha familia nos hospedamos na UL de Amparo na primeira semana deste ano de 2022. A estada foi maravilhosa, bons profissionais, lugar aconchegante e acolhedor. Porém, presenciamos uma cena deplorável no uso das acomodações disponiveis na área das piscinas. O acesso é liberado às 9h:00, as pessoas se organizam em fila única, assim que abrem-se os portões, inicia-se uma correria na tentativa de ocupar uma das quatro quisques disponíveis. Certamente a administração qdo construiu as quiosques, pensou em oferecer mais conforto aos hospedes, mais pelo porte do hotel isso seria inevitável. Mais isso ainda não é o pior, as pessoas chegam cedo na área das piscinas, se apropriam das quiosques, cadeiras e mesas com guardas-sóis. Deixam seus pertences no local, ai saem pra passear, almoçar, etc., chegam a ficar o dia todo ausentes e outras pessoas não podem ocupar aquele espaço. O egoísmo e desreipeito prevalece. Peço gentilmente à gerência dessa UL que verifique esta situação e de um feedback.
 My family and I stayed at UL de Amparo in the first week of this year 2022. The stay was wonderful, good professionals, warm and welcoming place. However, we witnessed a deplorable scene in the use of available accommodations in the pool area. Access is released at 9:00 am, people organize themselves in a single file, as soon as the gates open, a rush begins in an attempt to occupy one of the four available kiosks. Certainly, when the administration built the kiosks, they thought of offering more comfort to the guests, but due to the size of the hotel this would be inevitable. But this is still not the worst, people arrive early in the pool area, take advantage of the kiosks, chairs and tables with umbrellas. They leave their belongings at the place, then go out for a walk, have lunch, etc., they even stay away all day and other people cannot occupy that space. Selfishness and disrespect prevail. I kindly ask the management of this UL to check this situation and provide feedback.

Of all the leisure units we went to, this was the best!!! Great meals, heated pool and top 10 service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois da reforma melhorou muito, o menu do restaurante está bem completo (o problema é a reposição de alimentos e utensílios , deixa muito a desejar os hóspedes ficam as vezes por 10 minutos esperando a Boa vontade dos garçons)
After the renovation it has improved a lot, the restaurant menu is very complete (the problem is the replacement of food and utensils, it leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma das melhores AFPESP que já frequentei. Lugar bonito, aconchegante, comida boa, piscinas infantil na altura correta, bem tranquilo pra descansar e se divertir. Estacionamento amplo, brinquedoteca tudo limpinho, banheiros em todos os andares em ótimo estado e decoração nova. Funcionários prestativos e educados, estão de parabéns!
One of the best AFPESP I've ever attended. Beautiful, cozy place, good food, children's pools at the right height, very quiet to rest and have fun. Ample parking, clean playroom, bathrooms on all floors in excellent condition and new decor. Helpful and polite staff, congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima Colônia de Ferias após reforma do predio existente ficando com Suítes modernizadas, e novo prédio anexo com ótimas acomodações. Refeições diversificadas e muito boas em salão amplo. Ambiente externo excelete com piscina adulto grande e água muitoooo agradável, o problema que profundidade de maior parte dela é com 1,70m. (Funda), piscina infantil, bocha, campo futebol, amplo espaço arborizado, vagas autos coberta (quem chega primeiro) e descobertas. Pelo custo da diária é ótimo custo benefício. Recomendo.
Great colony of holidays after reform of existing property staying with modernized suites, and new building attachment with great accommodations. Diversified and very good meals in ample lounge. External ambience Excelete with large adult pool and nice muitooo water, the problem that most of it is with 1.70m. (Funda), Children's pool, Boccha, Football field, Ample wooded space, vacancies covered (who arrives first) and discoveries. At the cost of the daily rate it is great cost benefit. I recommend.
