★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O after burquer sem sombra de dúvida traz a jericoacoara um novo conceito de gastronomia, o chef Fabiano conseguiu transformar um pequeno local com pouco mais que 5 mesas em um lugar com um super astral e ambiente agradabilíssimo, sem contar com que tem uma variedade incrível de pratos como hamburguer de polvo e saladas de muito bom gosto, o chef adotou um conceito super salutar, onde não se usa molhos industrializados e nem refrigerantes, os legumes e verduras são super bem higienizados e sempre frescos, tudo feito na hora, é notório o amor e dedicação que o chef expressa ao elaborar os pratos, a combinação dos temperos na quantidade exata faz toda diferença, para os amantes de uma boa gastronomia é impesável ir a jeri e não experimentar os hamburguesr gourmet ou qualquer outro prato do after burguer, super recomendo.
The after burquer undoubtedly brings jericoacoara a new concept of gastronomy, chef Fabiano has managed to transform a small place with little more than 5 tables into a place with a super mood and a pleasant atmosphere, besides having an incredible variety of dishes like octopus burger and tasteful salads, the chef has adopted a super salutary concept where no industrialized sauces or sodas are used, the vegetables are very well sanitized and always fresh, all freshly made, is notorious the Love and dedication that the chef expresses when preparing the dishes, the combination of seasonings in the exact amount makes all the difference, for lovers of good food is unthinkable to go to jeri and not try the gourmet burgers or any other after-burger dish I recommend.
