★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos uma calandra, já tem alguns anos. Reparamos no inicio de sua utilização, que um dos eixos estava levemente torto; oque faz com que o tubo torça. Pedimos assistência, porém nunca fomos atendidos. E não é uma máquina barata pra se investir.
We bought a calender, it's already a few years old. We noticed at the beginning of its use that one of the axes was slightly bent; which causes the tube to twist. We asked for assistance, but we were never answered. And it's not a cheap machine to invest in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós Vendas praticamente inexistente. Compramos uma curvadora de tubos que em pouco tempo de uso ja deu problema na parte eletrica. Hoje ao perguntar sobre uma visita tecnica me disseram que cobram R$ 1.000,00 a visita, chega a ser comico.
After Sales practically non-existent. We bought a tube bending machine that, in a short time of use, has already had a problem in the electrical part. Today, when I asked about a technical visit, I was told that they charge R$1,000.00 per visit, it's even comical.
