Ele comprou um cavaquinho e quando chegou em casa ele trocou as cordas, quem é músico sabe que quando trocamos as cordas o instrumento demora um pouco para pegar afinação por causa das cordas nova. Então nosso cliente Jeferson Silva ficou chateado com o ocorrido e queria a devolução do dinheiro, alegando que era defeito do instrumento, sendo que na verdade era uma consequência das cordas novas, que logo logo a afinação ficaria normal. Ele então ficou chateado, pq só devolvemos o dinheiro quando de fato existe um defeito no instrumento, onde esse não era o caso. Ficamos sentido por esse ocorrido, pois prezamos o melhor atendimento para nossos clientes. Deus a todos

So our client Jeferson Silva was upset by what happened and wanted the money back, claiming that it was a defect of the instrument, in fact it was a consequence of the new strings, which soon the tuning would be normal. Then he was upset, because we only return the money when in fact there is a defect in the instrument, where that was not the case.
