The clothes are expensive, use them once and undo everything, letting you down. Total disregard for the customer.

Fui até a loja onde expliquei aos proprietários o defeito da camiseta onde ficaram de dar um retorno via Whatsapp, no entanto não tive resposta nenhuma. Acho um grande descaso.
I'm a customer and I had a terrible experience, I bought a shirt that wasn't cheap and after using it once I realized that it was unsewn. I went to the store where I explained the defect of the shirt to the owners, where they had to give a feedback via Whatsapp, however I didn't have any answer. I think it's a big disregard.
