★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O passeio de escuna foi muito bom mas o passeio de jeep eles simplesmente não vieram nos buscar. Enfim, a experiência não foi muito boa. Falharam com a gente e fiquei um pouco decepcionada.
The schooner ride was very good but the jeep ride they just did not come to get us. Anyway, the experience was not very good. They failed us and I was a bit disappointed.

My family and I had an excellent schooner ride. Great service, friendly and attentive people, with great music and good food. Even with the time not cooperating much, the tour was worth a lot. Super recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente agência, comprei o pacote com o vendedor Jorge, que oferece um excelente atendimento, dicas de lugares bons e até baratos na cidade. Fiz o passeio de escuna e jeep da agentra, recomendo muitos os 2 e com certeza quando for novamente para paraty, farei esses passeios com eles.
Excellent agency, I bought the package with the seller Jorge, who offers excellent service, tips on good and even cheap places in the city. I did the schooner and jeep tour of agentra, I recommend many of the 2 and for sure when I go to Paraty again, I will do these tours with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um pacote da Agentra & Costa Turismo para passeio de SCUNA na baía de Paraty. Ao chegar na Scuna, já fiquei nervoso pelo fato que não se tem nem um apoio para você ir do Deck ao barco. A scuna é antiga, não tem segundo andar, não tem mesa, não tem TV, não é confortável, não tem espaço para todos. Eles dizem que cabem 90 pessoas, e no nosso passeio tinham exatas 80 pessoas (eu contei) e simplesmente tinham pessoas em pé, pois não cabiam todos. O "comandante" do barco jogava comida no mar, fumava no trabalho, era cobrado valor de R$ 5,00 por pessoa pelo couvert artístico, sem falar na comida, CARÍSSIMA e de péssima qualidade. Paguei R$ 30,00 em um prato básico, comida ruim, não tinha lugar para apoiar, tive que comer com o prato na mão. O guia parecia conhecer bem as ilhas, porém falava dados que não faziam sentido nenhum. o banheiro do barco era literalmente inutilizável, pelo mal cheiro e sujeira.
Outro detalhe é que ao parar o barco nas praias, enquanto as scunas concorrentes usam um bote motorizado para levar as pessoas até a praia, a desta empresa é um bote velho, onde um pobre rapaz que vai remando que nem um condenado para levar todos. situação precária em todos os sentidos.
Sem falar que os outros barcos de outras empresas são maiores, com mesas, TVs, funcionários uniformizados, barcos mais novos. Morri de inveja dos outros barcos, que são o mesmo preço!
NÃO RECOMENDO DE MANEIRA ALGUMA esse passeio. MUITO ruim mesmo. Voltei bufando.
I bought a package from Agentra & Costa Turismo for SCUNA tour in Paraty Bay. When I arrived at Scuna, I was already nervous that there is not even a support for you to go from Deck to boat. The schooner is old, has no second floor, no desk, no TV, not comfortable, no room for everyone. They say that 90 people fit, and on our tour there were exactly 80 people (I counted) and simply had people standing, because not all fit. The "commander" of the boat threw food at sea, smoked at work, was charged R $ 5.00 per person for the artistic cover, not to mention the food, LOW and poor quality. I paid $ 30.00 for a basic dish, bad food, had no place to support, had to eat with the dish in hand. The guide seemed to know the islands well, but spoke data that made no sense at all. the boat's bathroom was literally unusable because of the bad smell and dirt.
Another detail is that when stopping the boat on the beaches, while competing scunas use a motorized dinghy to take people to the beach, this company is an old dinghy, where a poor boy who rows like a damned to take everyone. precarious situation in every way.
Not to mention that other boats from other companies are bigger, with tables, TVs, uniformed staff, younger boats. I was jealous of the other boats, which are the same price!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYWAY this tour. VERY bad indeed. I came back huffing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e mimha família chegamos na agencia por acaso e fizemos o passeio de escuna. Não tenho o que reclamar, pois a musica a bordo era boa, as porções de peixe estavam uma delícia, e a tripulação é animada e educada. Só tenho uma critica...em um determinado momento do passeio, mais pro final, na ultima praia, a escuna começou a jogar no mar a agua suja de óleo da cozinha, bem perto de onde subíamos na escada. Tirando isso, foi um passeio muito bom!
My family and I arrived at the agency by chance and took the schooner tour. I have nothing to complain about, because the music on board was good, the fish portions were delicious, and the crew is lively and polite. I only have one criticism ... at a certain point on the tour, towards the end, on the last beach, the schooner started throwing water from the kitchen with oil, very close to where we climbed the stairs. Other than that, it was a very good ride!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O passeio com a Agentra&Costa foi muito bom e proveitoso! O barco é simples, porém bem cuidado. Durante o passeio tivemos música ao vivo (que foi cobrado como couvert opcional ao final) o que tornou a viagem mais gostosa. As paradas foram de 40 minutos em praias lindas (Vermelha, Lagoa Azul, aquário natural e praia da Lula).
O almoço é servido a bordo e a embarcação fica parado para podermos comer sem nos preocupar com o movimento do barco. Pedimos porção de batata frita com calabresa. A batata estava boa e crocante, porém a linguiça muito gordurosa.
O que deixou a desejar é que na metade do caminho acabou a água, que só foi re-estocada próximo ao final da viagem. Mas de resto foi tudo muito bom.
The tour with Agentra & Costa was very good and profitable! The boat is simple, but well maintained. During the tour we had live music (which was charged as an optional cover charge at the end) which made the trip more enjoyable. The stops were 40 minutes at beautiful beaches (Vermelha, Lagoa Azul, natural aquarium and Praia da Lula).
Lunch is served on board and the boat is stopped so that we can eat without worrying about the movement of the boat. We ordered a portion of french fries with pepperoni. The potato was good and crispy, but the sausage was very greasy.
What left something to be desired is that in the middle of the way the water ran out, which was only re-stored near the end of the trip. But otherwise it was all very good.
