Falaram pra minha filha fazer o Buck pq já tinha uma promotora interessada e q precisava só das fotos pra fechar contrato
Aí eu fiz aí paguei direitinho a vista
Aí fiquei esperando retorno deles que não tive
Então resolvi ligar pra saber o q estava acontecendo aí eles disse q não agradava a agência o valor que queriam pagar
Mas em fim isso já faz 1 ano até hoje eles não me ligou pra mas nada antes de eu fazer as fotos eles sempre me ligavam
Resulmindo cai em um golpe
Obs: sempre fui bem atendida por eles
Eu só to mostrando a minha indignação com o q eles prometem e não cumprem
Promise and do not deliver
They told my daughter to do Buck because there was already an interested promoter and I only needed the photos to close the contract
Then I did it right, I paid the cash
Then I was waiting for their return that I didn't have
So I decided to call to find out what was going on then they said the agency didn't like the amount they wanted to pay
But in the end it was 1 year until today they didn't call me but nothing before I took the photos they always called me
Resulmindo falls in a blow
Note: I was always well attended by them
I'm just showing my indignation at what they promise and don't deliver

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa não tem responsabilidade e respeito pelo cliente, depois que fecha o contrato trata o cliente com descaso não cumprem a palavra dada ao cliente, fechei dois serviços e nenhum foi feito da forma no qual apresentaram antes de fechar o contrato o dono da empresa aquele que te apresenta o serviço e depois nem atende a ligação te tratando com descaso decepcionada, só contratei o serviço porque foi indicação de uma cliente/amiga Nunca imaginei ser tratada com tamanho descaso e falta de respeito estou indignada você paga caro por um serviço de péssima qualidade
The company has no responsibility and respect for the customer, after closing the contract, it treats the customer with disregard, they do not keep the word given to the customer, I closed two services and none were done in the way they presented the owner of the company before closing the contract. introduces you to the service and then doesn't even answer the call treating you with contempt. Disappointed, I only hired the service because it was an indication of a client/friend. I never imagined being treated with such indifference and lack of respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquem atentos quando tiver mais de 10 reclamação algumas querem arrecada dinheiro todas as respostas são iguais eu também paguei para uma agência ate agora nada mas foi um valor baixo vivendo e aprendendo as vezes a gente pensa que pelo lugar não vai acontecer na paulista mas não esquento tudo que vai volta de uma forma proporcional ou pior difícil agência seria

A empresa induz vc a comprar o material e para aceitar material de fora temque ser impressa, autenticada wm cartório, 20 fotos fumdo branco ......
Eu comentei q não teria como investir nem no material da agência nem paga o cartório.
A responsável falo q não precisava ser impressa cheguei lá novamente fui questionada e foi pedido fotos impressas e autenticadas
