★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes são super atenciosas, porém a agência não entrega absolutamente nada nos endereços da região. Isso é péssimo pois quem trabalha o dia todo não tem como pegar mercadoria nem cartas. Temos que ficar incomodando o vizinho pra ir buscar pra gente. Isso tem que mudar!
 The attendants are super attentive, but the agency does not deliver anything at the addresses in the region. This is terrible because anyone who works all day has no way to get merchandise or letters. We have to keep bothering the neighbor to get it for us. That has to change!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Uma fila gigante, demora no atendimento, as encomendas chegam atrasadas, e não correspondem ao rastreio no site (no rastreio diz q já chegou, mas quando vou buscar não está lá). E o cúmulo do absurdo hj 23/12/2020 o atendimento é vdd 9:30h as 12:00 pq os bonitos vão fazer confraternização, e dia 24/12/2020 q é dia útil, estarão fechados. Ridículo...Descaso...Desrespeito.
Terrible. A giant queue, delay in service, orders arrive late, and do not correspond to the tracking on the website (in the tracking says it has arrived, but when I go to get it it is not there). And the height of absurdity today 12/23/2020 the service is from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm because the handsome ones are going to have a party, and on 12/24/2020, which is a working day, they will be closed. Ridiculous ... Neglect ... Disrespect.

Já fui buscar minha encomenda (pacote) em várias ocasiões e disseram não estar lá, só depois de muita insistência e mostrar o rastreio que sim, acharam meu pedido.
Sempre demoram para achar uma simples carta e não são funcionários nada educados.
A disorganized agency where everything takes time.
I've already gone to pick up my order (package) on several occasions and they said it wasn't there, only after a lot of insistence and showing the tracking that yes, they found my order.
They are always slow to find a simple letter and they are not very polite employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior que eu já vi funcionários despreparados ,tudo mal organizado as ruas do bairro Vianinha estão tudo misturado as correspondências as correspondências chegam depois de dois três dias que são separadas vc vai em um dia eles dizem que não tem nada quando volta no outro dia tem correspondências com data de dois dias atrás parece não ter nenhum responsável legal para vistoriar achei que com a mudança do prefeito as coisas poderiam melhorar pra dizer que não melhorou nada pelo menos agora fica aberto o dia todo pq antes fechava para o almoço e as funcionárias abriram e fechavam a hora que elas queriam outra coisa que tem que ser revista e as amizades tem pessoas para pegar uma carta registrada de um irmão ou até mesmo companheiro ou pai tem uma burocracia danada quando é alguém que conhece os funcionários os protocolos são mais brandos espero que troquem esses funcionários pq aí todos serão tratados iguais

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As meninas que trabalha la são super legais, a única coisa que e ruim la e a questão de não ter como mandar nada, ai vc tem que ir em outra agência, tirando isso eu super recomendo.
The girls who work there are super nice, the only thing that is bad there is the issue of not being able to send anything, then you have to go to another agency, apart from that I highly recommend it.

Estive na agência de apoio dos Correios em Melo Viana em 14/01/22 e foi tudo muito tranquilo.
Minha encomenda registrada constava no site dos correios que havia sido entregue em 13/01 no período da manhã, mandei mensagem no WhatsApp comercial de lá para confirmar, retornaram que chegaria na parte da tarde e que eu podia buscar no outro dia. Mandei mensagem antes de ir pra não perder viagen, confirmaram que minha mercadoria já estava lá.
Cheguei na parte da tarde, não tinha fila alguma, fui muito bem atendida, recebi minha encomenda com agilidade e eficiência. O atendimento agora é direto: das 08 às 17h (sem fechamento para o almoço), cartas registradas somente o titular pode ir buscar, ou, algum responsável com autorização. Enfim, teve melhorias.
Quem não quer perder a caminhada e ir na incerteza, peguem o WhatsApp da agência para evitar transtornos. Só respondem mensagens referente a cartas/encomendas registradas.

For those who need current information about the location, follow:
I was at the Correios support agency in Melo Viana on 01/14/22 and everything went very smoothly.
My registered order was on the post office website that had been delivered on 01/13 in the morning, I sent a commercial WhatsApp message from there to confirm, they returned that it would arrive in the afternoon and that I could pick it up the other day. I sent a message before going so I wouldn't miss a trip, they confirmed that my merchandise was already there.
I arrived in the afternoon, there was no queue, I was very well attended, I received my order quickly and efficiently. The service is now direct: from 08:00 to 17:00 (no closing for lunch), registered letters only the owner can pick up, or someone responsible with authorization. Finally, there were improvements.
Who doesn't want to miss the walk and go in uncertainty, get the agency's WhatsApp to avoid inconvenience. They only respond to messages referring to registered letters/parcels.
