Minha encomenda está até hoje lá na agência do correio e não saiu para a CDA de São Paulo que eu moro na região de Osasco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia horrivel, tive que comprar um envelope e alguns celos, e esperei mais de 2 horas pois nesse período me disseram que maia da metade dos atendentes estavam no horario de almoço.
Horrible experience, I had to buy an envelope and some cell phones, and I waited more than 2 hours because during this period I was told that more than half of the attendants were at lunch time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, quando cheguei havia 6 pessoas na frente, fiquei mais de uma hora pra ser atendido, ridículo atendimento, o atendente deve achar que temos o dia todo pra esperar a boa vontade deles!
Terrible, when I arrived there were 6 people in front, I stayed over an hour to be served, ridiculous service, the attendant must think we have all day to wait for their goodwill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre posto águas engarrafadas lacrada nesse correio hoje fui postar água água potável e esse cidadão Abriu minha caixa e olhou e viu que a água e disse que é proibido postar água está no site do correio com ele procurei no site do correio onde estava escrito que era proibido postar água e ele não achou é proibido postar bebidas liquidos corrosivos e alguns outros tipos de líquido água não diz nada que é proibido disse que já tinha feito esse tipo de postagem antes e tenho as notas fiscais aí ele quis ver os números da matricula para prejudicar um funcionário não dei a ele as notas inclusive tinha uma nota com a matricula dele ele disse que só poderia postar se vc grande quantidade kkkk por isso ele postou vai entender

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentileza é 80% de qualquer atendimento. E é justamente o que falta aos funcionários dali. Sequer respondem a um "bom dia". Um horror. Um lugar onde a gente se sente mal. Sou contra privatizações, mas no caso dos Correios parece que não há outra solução.
Kindness is 80% of any service. And that's exactly what the employees there lack. They don't even respond to a "good morning". Horrible. A place where we feel bad. I am against privatization, but in the case of the Post Office it seems that there is no other solution.

Fui fazer uma postagem pela primeira vez e coloquei o remetente e o destinatário tudo do lado de cima da caixa ,o Atendente foi mal educado e começou a reclamar ao invés de orientar...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vejo a hora de ocorrer a privatização dos correios, a única agência no centro da cidade não abre aos sábados. Me sinto desrespeitada quando ocorre descaso com quem precisa realizar suas atividades no final de semana por trabalhar durante a semana.
I can't wait for the privatization of the post office to take place, the only branch in the city center is not open on Saturdays. I feel disrespected when there is neglect with those who need to carry out their activities on the weekend for working during the week.
