They don't answer the phone, they personally answer with little case. They seem to work there for free, if you don't like the service, look for another one.

Ocorre que a encomenda não foi entregue no endereço, obrigando que fosse procurada na agência de Cel Fabriciano MG, pior a encomenda foi apresentada com a embalagem totalmente molhada. Não foi dada nenhuma justificativa aceitável. Descaso completo. Grato Mario Luiz
I hired the postal services - SEDEX to deliver the order to the address indicated in the post. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem um carteiro excelente que sempre se anuncia, fazendo com que saibamos da sua presença, trocaram ele e o atual acha que somos telepatas, ele não grita, não buzina e já tive que buscar no correio duas encomendas que eu paguei pra receber na minha casa, toda encomenda agora passo raiva com a notificação de carteiro não atendido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo os correios de Tietê . Não é primeira vez que acontece isso . Eles dão baixa dizendo que foi entregue ao destinatário e nada foi entregue. No caso da encomenda do meu esposo disseram que nao tinha ninguém em casa, ( eu trabalho em casa) . No outro dia entregaram com uma assinatura que não é do meu esposo .
Terrible post office in Tietê. It's not the first time this has happened. They write it off saying it was delivered to the recipient and nothing was delivered. In the case of my husband's order, they said that there was no one at home, (I work at home). The other day they delivered with a signature that is not my husband's.
