Por mim fecharia a unidade já que é tudo feito pelo App assim não esperamos ser bem tratado por um profissional.
It was terrible, not to mention that the employees should have more empathy for those who pass by.
For me, I would close the unit as everything is done through the App so we don't expect to be treated well by a professional.
