★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, nunca tentam ajudar e só apontam problemas nas documentações e mandam voltar outro dia, isso quando você não fica na fila e na sua vez de ser atendido dizem que esgotaram as senhas para quem não agendou. Agendamento pela Internet oscila muito, nunca consegui fazer um agendamento.
Para quem for pela primeira vez recomendo que vá acompanhando de algum profissional, senão terá dor de cabeça.
 Lousy service, they never try to help and only point out problems in the documentation and send them back the other day, that is when you don't stand in line and in your turn to be answered they say they have run out of passwords for those who didn't schedule. Internet scheduling fluctuates a lot, I was never able to make an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendem rapido, porém as informações nunca são passadas na totalidade, muitas vezes não sabem explicar o que o site solicita e nunca tratam o problema até a resolução, vc tem que esperar sempre o sistema solicitar e ir lá, e se precisar uma dez vezes para isso vc terá que ir por que não ajudam nada além...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desculpe, mas o atendimento no site, pelo telefone está péssimo. Não consigo tirar dúvida sobre reagendamento em nenhum local. Me fazendo ter que ir até um posto só para tirar dúvidas. Absurdo. Estou a quase 1 ano tentando solucionar um problema de documentação e não estou sendo bem instruído pelo atendimento, nem o presencial, pois faltando apenas 30 minutos para encerrar o expediente, simplesmente travaram minha senha do agendamento, sem conseguir cancelar e nem reagendar. Estão em posse da minha restituição a quase 1 ano.
Sorry, but the service on the website, over the phone is terrible. I can't get any questions about rescheduling anywhere. Making me have to go to a post just to clear up doubts. Absurd. I am almost 1 year trying to solve a documentation problem and I am not being well instructed by the attendance, nor the face-to-face, because with only 30 minutes left to close the working hours, they simply locked my scheduling password, without being able to cancel or reschedule. They are in possession of my refund for almost 1 year.
