★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento ao cliente via telefone 0800 e ridículo não resolve nada, passam previsão e não cumpre você é atendido por São Paulo, e passam um monte de desculpa padrão que eles tem e você fica desatendido!
The Customer Service via telephone 0800 and ridiculous does not solve anything, they pass a forecast and do not fulfill you are served by São Paulo, and they pass a lot of standard excuses that they have and you are disregarded!

Total disrespect for the customer, calls several times and no one answers it when they don't take the phone off the hook, very dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As máscaras no ES foram liberadas, mas no atendimento pessoal os funcionários continuam regulando a entrada dos clientes. Tive que esperar no sol, enquanto lá dentro tinha ar condicionado e estava vazio. Acostumaram a reter os clientes e agora continuam. Tratam a gente parece que tá fazendo favor. Total desrespeito!
The masks in ES were released, but in personal service, employees continue to regulate the entry of customers. I had to wait in the sun, while inside there was air conditioning and it was empty. They used to retain customers and now they continue. They treat us like they're doing us a favor. Total disrespect!
