★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa é realmente uma vergonha, antes era top, foi só o antigo carteiro se aposentar que o serviço nem passa mais aqui na rua, isso pq moro próximo a cidade da criança na área central, imagina quem mora em bairros mais distantes. O horário de atendimento aqui no site diz 17 horas, mas fui lá hoje e quebrei a cara, é apenas até as 15 horas, e ainda querem mordomia? Tem que privatizar, as famílias que sofrerão depois, mas boa parte dos próprios funcionários, querem fazer corpo mole, agora não chora.

Tenho encomendas minhas que já estão em algumas das unidades de Campos, mas simplesmente não sabem onde está. Dizem que " não chegou a unidade".
Atualizo todos os dias o status, e nada de informar que já está na região.
Descaso total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência inútil! quando o telefone não fica dando ocupado eles nunca atendem o celular, não tem outros meios de comunicações e os outros tipos de correios passam a desejar porque nunca sabem de nada e nunca tem acesso a nada.
Useless agency! when the phone is not busy they never answer the cell phone, there are no other means of communication and other types of post office are wanting because they never know anything and never have access to anything.
