Comprei dois sites em 2017 e esse mês entramos em desacordo em algumas negociações.
Entrei em contato para resolver a situação e foi bem difícil. Não estavam abertos a resolver a situação e sim somente a receber o que foi combinado.
Não teve profissionalismo nenhum da parte da Ligue Site, não se importaram com o problema do cliente.
Diante dessa situação não tinha mais clima de continuar trabalhando juntos, a confiança e a parceria acabou.
Resolvi tirar a hospedagem da Ligue Site e fui surpreendida mais uma vez com a falta de profissionalismo e respeito com o cliente de anos, SIMPLESMENTE NÃO QUEREM ME ENVIAR O BACKUP DO MEU SITE, SENDO QUE EU COMPREI E PAGUEI.
Não foi alugado, foi comprado!
Quero deixar registrado aqui para quem for contratar os serviços da Ligue Site a forma que eles tratam os clientes com o passar dos anos, pois trabalhamos por anos e já até indiquei eles para colegas, mas diante dessa postura desonesta que estão tendo é impossível deixar quieto.
Ou seja compramos um site algo que não é barato e quando não renovamos o serviço com eles perdemos o site.
Isso é um absurdo!!!

Segue a cláusula que está no contrato:
Conforme especificado em contrato:
"10.2 Será de responsabilidade do fornecedor da CONTRATANTE copiar as informações do site, do banco de dados e fazer o backup do site e destas informações através de seu HTML, bem como fazer todas as ligações necessárias com o novo FTP."
Fica o alerta aos demais clientes da Ligue Site: atentem-se, caso em algum momento precisem retirar o site da hospedagem da Ligue Site, terão o mesmo problema que eu.

In other words, we buy a site that is not cheap and when we do not renew the service with them we lose the site.

Be warned to the other customers of Ligue Site: beware, if at any time need to remove the site from hosting the Ligue Site, will have the same problem as me.
