Fiz mentoria com a Kate, que por sinal, é super simpatica,sincera, uma pessoa maravilhosa.
Ela me fez abrir a mente, me ensinando primeiramente a me organizar, a ter foco para seguir meus objetivos.
Pois eu me encontrava perdida, porque eu sabia o que eu queria, mas não sabia como começar. Pois eu estava fazendo, fazendo, mas não estava encontrando o resultado.
Ou não estava enxergando.
Ela me ensinou a ter uma outra visão, primeiro de tudo tive que me organizar, e ter disciplina, e sempre manter o foco. E além disso, aprendi a trabalhar nas estratégias de vendas.
E em apenas 15 dias, vendi o que eu não faturava em um mês. E quando vi o resultado, eu simplesmente não acreditei, não só pelo resultado e no que fui capaz de fazer.
Pois até então, eu nao tinha esta visão ,pois quando você se organiza e tem foco, você consegue enxergar os resultados em números.
Aprendi não só vender, mas como saber vender, aprendi a olhar o cliente de uma forma diferente.
Aprendi a trabalhar com fornecedores, a ver estoque parado e fazer girar.
Aprendi que vender, não é só se dedicar horas na frente de computador, mesmo com fotos, Aprendi que a vender, é um treino diario, é você se dedicar a cada ponto, é você ir e voltar por diversas vezes.
Aprendi muito com meus erros, minhas frustrações, fui flexivel, e me reencontrei, estou ainda aberta as mudanças, sempre procuro me reinventar, buscando oportunidades todos os dias, me sinto mais confiante que antes.
Todo este precesso esta valendo muito a pena, Pois aprendi e tenho muito que aprender, desejo continuar as próximas fases.

I learned a lot from my mistakes, my frustrations, I was flexible, and I found myself, I'm still open to change, I always try to reinvent myself, looking for opportunities every day, I feel more confident than before.
All this process is really worth it, Because I learned and I have a lot to learn, I want to continue the next phases.
