Atendimento muito rápido pois geralmente não há filas.
Very polite, attentive and helpful staff. There is no pick up of orders on site (it is not his purpose).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inacreditável a falta de profissionalismo. A atendente parava o atendimento o tempo todo pra bater papo com outros funcionários. Estava atendendo um senhor e errou 2 vezes o que estava fazendo por conta de se distrair com bate papo, teve que reiniciar 2 vezes a mesma coisa. Uma mulher chegou com uma caixa, simplesmente parou de me atender pra receber a caixa e iniciar o atendimento noutro caixa, como assim?
Eu não recomendo essa agência, falta profissionalismo.
Unbelievable lack of professionalism. The attendant stopped the service all the time to chat with other employees. He was seeing a gentleman and he made a mistake 2 times in what he was doing because of being distracted by chatting, he had to restart the same thing twice. A woman arrived with a box, she simply stopped taking care of me to receive the box and start the service in another box, what do you mean?
I do not recommend this agency, it lacks professionalism.
