★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível. Minha avó foi buscar atendimento lá, uma pessoa que nem ler sabe, mas mesmo assim ela não foi atendida. Os servidores do INSS alegaram que deveria haver agendamento prévio. Aí eu pergunto: e quanto as pessoas que não sabem ler e/ou não têm acesso à internet?
Falta de respeito com as pessoas que mais precisam, falta de humanidade
Horrible experience. My grandmother went to get care there, a person who doesn't even know, but even so, she was not seen. The INSS servers claimed that there should be prior scheduling. Then I ask: what about people who can't read and/or don't have access to the internet?
Lack of respect for the people who need it most, lack of humanity
