Segundo eles pq precisam esperar o outro ônibus sair, nesse caso qual seria o ônibus de 7:10 mesmo? A viagem para minha cidade (Ituaçu) demora cerca de 3h, saímos daqui 8:30 e agora é meio dia já e ainda estamos em Tanhaçu, isso é um absurdo, total falta de respeito com o cliente.
Horrible, I asked for the bus time, I was told 7:10. The bus arrived at 7:25 and didn't leave until 8:30. According to them because they need to wait for the other bus to leave, in which case what would be the 7:10 bus? The trip to my city (Ituaçu) takes about 3 hours, we left here at 8:30 am and now it is already half a day and we are still in Tanhaçu, this is absurd, total lack of respect for the customer.
