★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A infra estrutura do lugar é horrível, não possui ar condicionado ou ventiladores, um calor insuportável. Pra conseguir atendimento você tem que chegar pelo menos 5 da manhã, se chegar tarde não consegue atendimento. O atendimento é demorado, precisa ter bastante paciência. Recomendo a agência da aurora, o a agência de Paulista deixa muito a desejar.
The infrastructure of the place is horrible, has no air conditioning or fans, an unbearable heat. To get care you have to arrive at least 5 in the morning, if you arrive late you can not attend. The service is time consuming, you need to have a lot of patience. I recommend the aurora agency, the Paulista agency leaves a lot to be desired.

Fui tentar dar entrada no seguro desemprego, cheguei às 06:15 e fiquei quase 2 horas numa fila para pegar ficha, chegando quase no local que entregam, um senhor que trabalha neste local colocou uma "conhecida" na minha frente e quando chegou na minha vez informaram que não tinha mais fichas, ou seja, a bonita "pegou" minha vaga. Só não deixo sem estrela pq não pode. Descaso, lugar lixo.
Terrible attendance!!!
I was trying to get into unemployment insurance, I arrived at 06:15 and stayed almost 2 hours in a queue to pick up, arriving almost at the place they deliver, a gentleman who works at this place put a "acquaintance" in front of me and when it arrived in mine time they reported that they had no more chips, that is, the pretty "got" my place. I just do not leave without a star because it can not. Wrong, garbage place.

Nunca vi tanto descaso com o trabalhador,pessoas na fila as 4h da manhã,pra poder pegar uma ficha,os funcionários da agência chegando às 8h pra atender,fila quilometrica,ate pra pegar a carteira de trabalho que é só entregar,vc tem que perder uma manhã inteira,na fila,e vê os funcionários conversando, e a demora em atender. Isso é revoltante!!! Submeter as pessoas a essa situação. Espero que as autoridades competentes olhem para essa agência e tomem providências.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é horrível, são distribuídos algumas fichas pela manhã, inclusive tem que madrugar. Muitas vezes não tem senha suficiente, mesmo chegando cedo. Nunca tem vagas é incrível.
The service is horrible, some tokens are distributed in the morning, they even have to get up early. Often you don't have enough password, even arriving early. There are never any vacancies, it's amazing.
