★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Até que achei rápido a atendimento, mas a infraestrutura da agência não está legal, precisando de uma melhora no mobiliário e instalações e até mesmo deixando a desejar na limpeza do lugar. Não tive o que reclamar dos funcionários que já me atenderam. Se melhorar na infraestrutura volto para aumentar mais estrelinha....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei nem um pouco coloquei meu endereço certinho, até outras empresas já vieram deixar aqui com o mesmo endereço e os correios pelo menos o de imperaitz não entregou, pode ser que era preguiça mesmo de eles entregar.
I didn't like it at all, I put my address in the right place, even other companies have already left it here with the same address and at least the postal service at Imperaitz didn't deliver, it could be that it was too lazy for them to deliver.

Notório a falta de vontade dos servidores em atender qualquer demanda que lhes é solicitada, nada eles podem ou sabem ou mesmo conseguem.. um descaso total... espero que com a privatização todo quadro de funcionários seja renovado por pessoas que tem interesse em atender o cliente.
Terrible attendance! Notorious the lack of willingness on the part of the servers to meet any demand that is requested of them, nothing they can or know or even achieve ... a total neglect ... I hope that with the privatization the entire staff is renewed by people who are interested in meeting the client.
