★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei dia todo em casa aguardando uma encomenda. Não vieram e ainda colocaram no rastreamento que vieram e não encontraram ninguém em casa. Ainda por cima não atendem telefone.
I spent all day at home waiting for an order. They did not come and still put in the tracking that came and found no one at home. They do not answer the phone at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estou cansada da mensagem de que o carteiro não foi atendido. Estou desde cedo aguardando minha encomenda e simplesmente o carteiro na passa na porta da empresa e coloca no sistema que o carteiro não foi atendido. Lamentável!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assim como outras pessoas já mencionaram aqui, ninguém atende o telefone, aguardo em casa pelas encomendas que nunca chegam. Cansamos de esperar e fomos buscar. Logo depois chega a notificação, onde consta que não encontraram ninguém em casa. O atendimento é péssimo e ainda temos que deixar uma estrela p avaliar.
As other people have mentioned here, no one answers the phone, I wait at home for orders that never arrive. We got tired of waiting and went to get it. Soon after, the notification arrives, stating that no one was found at home. The service is terrible and we still have to let a star rate it.

O Carteiro sequer apareceu, as correspondências nunca chegam, mas o aviso da entrega chega, ATRASADO, quando o objeto já foi devolvido e está chegando novamente no remetente.
