★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Queria muito dar 5 estrelas mas estou sendo obrigado a dar 1 porque se dependesse de mim daria nenhuma. Estou tentando contratar o serviço de caixa postal que por sinal é bem caro e os atendentes todos cheios de pombinha no c* ficam colocando dificuldade , compareci 1x na agência e liguei outras 2x para saber quais caixas postais estavam disponível e a mulher que atendeu o telefone se recusou a passar uma simples informação. Aí não dá né Correios? Privatização JÁ!!!
I really wanted to give 5 stars but I'm being forced to give 1 because if it was up to me I would give none. I am trying to hire the very expensive voicemail service and the attendants all full of dove in the c * are having difficulty, I attended 1x at the agency and called another 2x to know which mailboxes were available and the woman who answered the phone refused to pass on simple information. Then you can't, Post Office? Privatization NOW !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei muito satisfeito com o atendimento do pessoal da agência. Eles são todos muito atenciosos, simpáticos e eficientes. O estacionamento é fácil bem próximo. Acrescento que não costumo ir a essa agência pois moro no Bessa, mas o serviço que eu necessitei não é prestado por nenhuma agência do Bessa. O pessoal do Cabo Branco está muito bem servido por essa agência.
I was very satisfied with the service provided by the agency staff. They are all very attentive, friendly and efficient. Parking is easy in close proximity. I would add that I don't usually go to this agency because I live in Bessa, but the service I needed is not provided by any Bessa agency. Cabo Branco people are very well served by this agency.

A questão é clara, essa agência precisa pelo menos dobrar a quantidade de funcionários, mudar de endereço, o que seja, porque não tem condições, ou você vem de manhã cedo ou a prepare as canelas...
Too late my friends! The queue in the afternoon is terrible, if you already have to stay out because of the covid and still die waiting. The point is clear, this agency needs to at least double the number of employees, change address, whatever, because it doesn't have the means, either you come early in the morning or prepare your shins...
