Nossa avaliação é referente a este serviço de entrega! Qnto ao serviço de atendimento na agência ainda não precisamos usar!
 We live in Fortaleza, and put the address of my parents who reside in Horizonte to receive our correspondence and on the afternoon of 05/03/21 we received an order that was posted from SP on 04/20/21, that is exactly 13 days then we received our order! Our evaluation is for this delivery service! We do not need to use the customer service at the agency yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento tá horrível, anda a passo de tartaruga, sem falar que o atendimento é só pela manhã. A gente tem que faltar o trabalho pra poder tirar o produto lá. Se eles não querem trabalhar dê a vaga pra quem quer.
The service is horrible, it walks at a snail's pace, not to mention that the service is only in the morning. We have to miss work to be able to get the product there. If they don't want to work, give the place to whoever does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o dia 03 de maio que esta agência não está funcionando como deveria, neste dia fui informada que naquele dia não iria abrir porque a mãe da gerente havia falecido e que na quinta feira dia 06 retornariam as atividades, só que não foi bem assim, só retornaram dia 24 de maio e só abre três dias na semana, segunda, quarta e sexta de 08:00 às 12:00 horas, apenas uma pessoa atendendo, são entregue 40 senhas, sendo 30 normal e 10 para prioridade. Se quiser ser atendido tem que chegar lá por volta das 02:00 da manhã para pegar uma senha, um verdadeiro absurdo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento devido a demora, não está entregando as encomendas, sem falar que chegou encomenda minha esse mês e deu como entregue sendo que não recebi nada, ainda tenho que ir atrás ver porque está como entregue, falta tudo, correio deveria ser privatizado o mais rápido possível, nota 0

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os correios de Horizonte, é péssimo. primeiro não atendem o telefone, segundo minha encomenda ? voltou,para São Paulo,trabalho em casa pois tenho uma fábrica. Pedi o reenvio da encomenda. Que era pra ter chegado dia 4 de maio. E não chegou teve erro de rota misericórdia gente ...tô insatisfeita extressada.
The post office in Horizonte is terrible. first they don't answer the phone, second my order ? came back to São Paulo, I work at home because I have a factory. I asked for the order to be resent. Which was supposed to arrive on the 4th of May. And it didn't arrive, there was an error in the route mercy people... I'm dissatisfied and stressed.
