Não é a primeira vez que preciso do serviço, o atendente me atendeu SUPER MAL, detalhe, o produto está na agência, eles alegam que veio na minha residência por 3 vezes, e vão devolver ao vendedor. Produtos chegou na cidade tem 6 dias. Fui ate a agência tentar pegar, ele informou que nao posso ter acesso ao produto. Tentei procurar informação qual o prazo que fica na agência o mesmo foi muito grosso, estúpido e rude por telefone.
Terrible service. It's not the first time I need the service, the attendant saw me SUPER MAL, detail, the product is at the agency, they claim it came to my house 3 times, and will return it to the seller. Products arrived in town has 6 days. I went to the agency to try to get it, he said I can't have access to the product. I tried to look for information about the deadline that is at the agency and it was very rude, stupid and rude over the phone.
