Agência de Marília/SP informou que a portabilidade poderia ser realizada em qualquer banco e qualquer cidade. Me mudei de cidade e a agência local informou que a portabilidade só pode ser realizada na cidade de origem. Ou seja, tenho que gastar R$600 reais, perder dia de serviço para ir até Marilia/SP para realizar portabilidade e ter mais mobilidade com o meu dinheiro. Sem contar que não disponibilizam aplicativo mobile para consultas e administração da conta.
Ao invés de facilitar a vida do cliente, só piora ainda mais.
Se fosse possível avaliar sem estrelas, esta seria a nota.
