★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, sou cliente Itaú Uniclass a 10 anos e nunca vi uma agência tão ruim e mal organizada que nem essa da estação em Franca, começa pelos idosos que ficam em pé no sol do lado de fora da agência, segundo que após 1:30 de espera me informaram que a agência não tem atendimento Uniclass, fora as mais de 50 pessoas esperando e apenas dois caixas atendendo, acima de tudo é uma falta de respeito com o consumidor. Agência totalmente fora do padrão Itaú .
