★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais de uma hora no banco e sai sem atendimento, 1 caixa funcionando, 2 caixas sem chamar conversando, senhores de idade na fila na rua de baixo de sol quente porque o banco cabe poucas pessoas devido o covid, fui perguntar se só estava um caixa funcionando e a menina ainda me respondeu com tom de superioridade que sim e iria demorar um pouquinho sendo que eu já estava mais de uma hora no banco, NÃO CONSEGUE ATENDER OS PRÓPRIOS CLIENTES E QUER AINDA PEGAR DEMANDA DE SERVIDOR DO ESTADO.
More than an hour at the bank and it leaves without service, 1 cashier working, 2 cashiers without calling talking, elderly gentlemen in line on the street under the hot sun because the bank fits few people due to covid, I went to ask if there was only one cashier working and the girl still replied with a superior tone that yes and it would take a little while since I was already at the bank for more than an hour, CANNOT SERVE THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS AND STILL WANTS TO CATCH DEMAND FROM THE STATE SERVER.
