Tive que resolver um problema relacionado a uma ordem de pagamento emitida para mim por uma empresa e eles conseguiram resolver, analisaram todas as possibilidades até solucionar. É uma agência bastante movimentada, por isso a atendimento nem sempre é o mais rápido, mas é eficaz. O ar condicionado da agência funciona muito bem. Possui banheiro bem asseado.
A great agency from Itaú. The staff are super attentive. I had to solve a problem related to a payment order issued to me by a company and they managed to solve it, analyzed all the possibilities until solved. It is a very busy agency, so the service is not always the fastest, but it is effective. The air conditioning of the agency works very well. It has a clean bathroom.
