Se você vai à agência também tem dificuldade pois espera muito tempo, poucos funcionários para te atender. Nao recomendo. Cobraram por duas vezes taxas indevidas em minha conta, que é recente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com essa instituição, fui vítima de estelionato e o banco ainda excluiu minha conta, logo eu que possuía 2 títulos de capitalização. Não recomendo, só querem seu dinheiro.

Fecham a agência que estava situada dentro do Shopping ABC e NÃO comunicam os clientes. Hoje me dirigi de outra cidade e não existe mais agência! Ainda bem que fui pra fechar a conta mesmo porque vocês são desrespeitosos, mal educados e nunca serão um banco decente no digital, porque não possuem competência nem mesmo par mudar as informações no Google, quem dirá lidar com todas as transações digitais, desculpem mas vocês simplesmente são inaptos!

Essa AGÊNCIA FECHOU e várias pessoas vão PERDER TEMPO e PAGAR estacionamento para usar a agência todos os dias, e não tem mais agência. Além disso, os correntistas deveriam ter sido avisados por e-mail, Whatsapp, qualquer outro canal sobre o fechamento da agência. Ainda bem que não é um banco digital porque claramente NÃO SABEM TRABALHAR para atualizar uma informação. Estou cancelando minha conta jurídica porque não faz sentido manter a conta em um banco físico que não nos atende quando precisamos. Que VERGONHA, Itaú.
