★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência em pleno funcionamento, limpa e organizada. Fui liberar o Internet banking de um cartão para realizar o Pix direto do celular. Tive um pouco de dificuldade no procedimento mas no final consegui resolver tudo. (autoatendimento)
Agency in full operation, clean and organized. I was releasing Internet banking from a card to perform Pix right from my cell phone. I had a little difficulty in the procedure but in the end I managed to solve everything. (self service)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A agência é muito limitada. Fui tentar fazer um pagamento do cartão Itaucard nessa agência e não aceitava pagamento em dinheiro. Nunca imaginei que um banco poderia ser tão limitado assim.
The agency is very limited. I tried to make a payment from the Itaucard card at this branch and they did not accept payment in cash. I never imagined that a bank could be this limited.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais uma agencia fechada pelo Itaú, isso vai resultar numa piora na "qualidade" do serviço e pra buscar atendimento a população vai ter que rodar mais quilômetros pra ir no Centro de Parnamirim ou em Capim Macio. O Itaú é sua Gana por lucro, isso muda o mundo.
Another agency closed by Itaú, this will result in a worsening in the "quality" of the service and to seek care the population will have to travel more kilometers to go to the Center of Parnamirim or Capim Macio. Itaú is your Ghana for profit, this changes the world.
