★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje 08/12/20 precisei receber meu benefício no banco itaú , agência 1558 de ubá. Porém a mesma se encontra fechada temporariamente no sistema do próprio banco. Sendo assim , tentei encontrar outra agência que estivesse aberta e sistema me redirecionou para a agência 3107 de Visconde do rio branco, detalhe , no sistema do banco constava como agência aberta para atendimento de beneficiários a partir das 9 horas até as 10 horas. Porém ao me dirigir à mesma , encontro a porta fechada e o comunicado de que esta , também estará fechada ao público por tempo indeterminado.
Entrei em contato novamente com o suporte e o atendente me orientou a comparecer na agência 6857 em ubá . Chegando lá a funcionária me recebeu na porta e comunicou que as agências 6857 e 1558 permaneceriam fechadas por tempo indeterminado causa/covid e que o atendimento presencial deveria ser feito na agencia 3107 em vrb ou Rio pomba , porém, não havia nenhum comunicado oficial sobre referido assunto pregado na porta e no sistema do banco as agências 6857 e 3107 constavam como abertas
Banco irresponsável. Não dá orientação correta ao cliente???. Por motivo de covid detectado em uma agência, em uma ação coordenada como um efeito dominó , será que os demais funcionários entraram de greve , só não querem admitir ????? ??.
Today 12/8/20 I needed to receive my benefit at Banco Itau, branch 1558 in Ubá. However, it is temporarily closed in the bank's own system. So, I tried to find another branch that was open and the system redirected me to branch 3107 in Visconde do rio branco, detail, in the bank's system it was listed as an open branch to assist beneficiaries from 9 am until 10 am. However, when I go to it, I find the door closed and the statement that it will also be closed to the public indefinitely.
I contacted the support again and the attendant instructed me to appear at the 6857 branch in ubá. Once there, the employee greeted me at the door and informed me that branches 6857 and 1558 would remain closed indefinitely cause / covid and that the face-to-face service should be done at branch 3107 in vrb or Rio pomba, however, there was no official communication about said subject nailed to the door and the bank system, branches 6857 and 3107 were listed as open
Irresponsible bank. It does not give the customer correct guidance???. Due to the covid detected in an agency, in a coordinated action as a domino effect, will the other employees have gone on strike, they just don't want to admit ???? ? ??.
