★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o itau é um excelente banco mas , o atendimento na agencia da cidade de serrinha ba é pessimo .o numero de caixas para atender ao publico é insuficiente,por conta disso eu passei uma hora e meia na fila para ser atendido.eu pagava minhas contas no itau depois disso, passei a pagar em outros bancos
the itau is a great seat but the service agency in the city of serrinha BA is pessimo .the number of boxes to meet the public is insufficient, because of that I spent an hour and a half in line to be paid my bills atendido.eu in itau after that, i started to pay in other banks
