★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente banco, funcionários atenciosos, em alguns horários as filas ficam grandes, mas a agilidade dos caixas não permite que se passe mais do que permitido em lei nas filas, os gerentes são atenciosos os seguranças atentos, porém educados, possui caixas de autoatendimento que normalmente funcionam, um pequeno estacionamento que tem como ponto negativo a atuação de flanelinha que particularmente não confio, próximo a uma parada de ônibus, ótima localização no bairro da forquilha.
Excellent bank, attentive staff, at times the queues get big, but the cashiers' agility does not allow more than what is allowed by law in the queues, the managers are attentive, but polite security guards, have self-service boxes that normally they work, a small parking lot that has as a negative point the performance of flannel that I don't particularly trust, next to a bus stop, great location in the neighborhood of forquilha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei um extrato me deram 2 dias pra entrega-lo à mim no dia que fui buscar a pessoa pra quem solicitei não tinha ido e por isso não pude receber porque outra pessoa não poderia me atender apenas pra entregar o extrato. Um absurdo!
I asked for an extract they gave me 2 days to deliver it to me on the day I went to pick up the person for whom I requested it had not gone and therefore I could not receive it because another person could not attend to me just to deliver the extract. Absurd!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco muito pequeno e atendimento lento...o banco deixa os cliente em filas enormes do lado de fora debaixo de sol forte, idosos, crianças e gestantes esperando até o banco abrir. Uma humilhação.
Very small bench and slow service ... the bank leaves the customer in huge queues on the outside under strong sun, elderly, children and expectant moms until the bank opens. A humiliation.
