★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo... atendentes com má vontade... ficam de conversa paralela e deixam o cliente esperando... dão informações incompletas, fazendo o cliente ficar indo De um lado para o outro feito barata tonta. A atendente do caixa estava no telefone resolvendo um problema pessoal enquanto me atendia e não dava nenhuma atenção ao que eu precisava. Ainda bem que viemos fechar a conta. Banco vazio, mas que não funciona.

só fui saber disso após a morte da minha mãe, sem o meu consentimento...
gerentes que enganaram a minha mãe p ganhar comissão em cima dela...
tomem cuidado gente! Não recomendo a ninguém a abrir conta naquele lugar, fora as taxas absurdas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só é bom ficar atento com os atendentes, são obrigados a bater as cotas e ludibriam os desatentos e inocentes. O caixa eletrônico é obsoleto e já tive problemas ao depositar sem receber comprovante. O estacionamento é cobrado e mesmo fora horário de atendimento (usando o caixa eletrônico) que é impossível carimbar o ticket cobram o valor integral.
It's just good to be aware of the attendants, they are forced to beat the quotas and deceive the inattentive and innocent. The ATM is obsolete and I have had problems depositing without receiving proof. Parking is charged and even outside office hours (using the ATM) it is impossible to stamp the ticket, they charge the full amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era uma ótima agência, após a reforma no fim de 2021 para 2022 parece que nada mais funciona. Só esse ano sai da agência sem prestarem o serviço que eu queria no mínimo três vezes, Lamentável.
