★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco Itau, já sou cliente a mais de 15 anos, desde quando era Unibanco, e se eu tenho uma empresa, para mim todos os meus clientes são iguais, merecem o mesmo atendimento e não posso mudar esse atendimento se o cliente é A,B ou C, e hoje dia 16/01/2019 percebi que sou apenas mais um cliente e não o cliente, estava na fila para receber a senha do caixa, uma fila grande e com pessoas de varias idades, inclusive pessoas preferencial, e simplesmente um cidadão aparentando seus 50 anos ao entrar no banco foi direto ao atendente que estava distribuindo as senhas e foi prontamente atendido, achei estranho e quando chegou munha vez de receber a senha, questionei porque aquele Sr. não pegou a fila, ele me respondeu porque era um cliente UNICLESS, tambem não quis saber o que era, mas não só a mim mas como todos que estavam na fila, aquilo foi uma falta de respeito, uma descriminação, uma ofensa e das grandes, fica aqui a minha dica, quando forem abrir uma conta em algum banco perguntem se tem essa diferença de cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora com uma fila enorme do lado de fora, fila para pegar senha, e espera interminável para ser atendido. Quero abrir minha conta mas parece impossível. Tem apenas um atendente na mesa para atender a todos, independente do problema que seja. Estou a quase duas horas dentro da agência esperando. Covardia com o correntista e cliente em potencial.
It takes a huge queue outside, queue to pick up password, and endless waiting to be attended to. I want to open my account but it seems impossible. There is only one attendant at the table to attend to everyone, no matter what the problem. I'm almost two hours inside the agency waiting. Cowardice with the trader and potential customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pessoa tem que ir na agência e passar uma hora, no sol quente, esperando com uma idosa porque a gestão não pensou na possibilidade de alterar o horário de funcionamento no Google e informar que estava abrindo às 10hs da manhã !?
Na era digital!! para um banco que devia está atualizado, o cliente ter que chegar para achar um bilhete na porta é inaceitável!
