★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível esse tal de ITOKEN, 2° via do cartão não chegou faz 50 dias, estou com conta pra pagar e tenho que faltar no trabalho sendo que seria bem fácil pelo o app se ele prestase, muita jeito odeiia o Itaú e agora eu sei o motivo, mudem o serviço

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, desde o dia 08/01/21 que abri a conta o cartão não chegou e pra receber tenho que perder o dia na fila e só posso sacar 500,00 por dia, um descaso total com o cliente, não vejo a hora de poder encerrar essa conta.??
Horrible, since the day 08/01/21 that I opened the account the card did not arrive and to receive I have to lose the day in the queue and I can only withdraw 500.00 a day, a total neglect with the client, I can't wait to to be able to close that account.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento pessimo, todos os meses tenho problemas com esse banco,seguram mInha pensão, alegando que ultrapassei o limite, apesar de ter enviado toda documentação para o aumento. Até a liberação minhas contas ficam no atrazo. Itaú isso é caso pra defensoria.
very poor service, every month i have problems with this bank, they insure my pension, claiming that i exceeded the limit, despite having sent all documentation for the increase. Until the release my accounts are late. Itaú this is a case for the defense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu acho que as agências são pequenas para o fluxo de pessoas, longas filas se formam na rua para acessar a agência, se o atendimento já era ruim, após o convênio com a prefeitura piorou, os profissionais tentam ao máximo ajudar mas tem suas limitações. Em relação a atendimento de funcionários eu acho muito bom.
I think the branches are small for the flow of people, long lines form on the street to access the branch, if the service was already bad, after the agreement with the city got worse, the professionals try their best to help but it has its limitations. Regarding employee service, I think it's very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente dessa agência há alguns anos e 90% das minhas atividades bancárias resolvo pelo aplicativo (simples, seguro e fácil de operar). Quando vou a agência física sempre consigo resolver de forma rápida: Pego uma senha, espero o chamado e resolvo a situação. E sempre que preciso de um atendente para me ajudar em algo no caixa eletrônico, eles são bem solícitos, atenciosos e educados. O que pode melhorar (e muito) é a área reservada aos caixas eletrônicos onde o espaço físico e a quantidade de atendentes é insuficiente para tanta gente.
