★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Banco deveria abrir às 9 (atendimento aos idosos) está escrito em uma placa na frente do banco. Mas até agora às 9:30, está fechado. Tem 5 idosos na fila, enquanto os funcionários do banco ficam lá dentro conversando. Editado: Meus pais idosos estão até agora na fila (9:52 am) fui avisado pelo segurança que o banco abre as 10:00.
The Bank should open at 9 (service for the elderly) is written on a sign in front of the bank. But so far at 9:30, it's closed. There are 5 elderly people in the queue, while the bank employees are inside talking. Edit: My elderly parents are in line so far (9:52 am) I was told by security that the bank opens at 10:00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst bank I ever been they are holding my money for 3 weeks. I am trying to withdraw my money they sad they needed an authorization in order for me to get my money. ATOS the branch manager is worth less. Very disappointed.
