★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou na fila desde 10:13 e agora são 12:39, ou seja, quase TRÊS horas e ainda não fui atendido. Ainda tem umas 18 pessoas na minha frente, e acho lamentável ver tantos idosos e até deficientes físicos tendo que aguardar no sol, em pé. É uma vergonha para o Itaú essa demora absurda. E quem puder, sugiro que evite essa agência. Estou aqui porque fui sacaneado pois o Itaú tirou dinheiro da minha poupança indevidamente e não estou querendo mais nada com esse banco. Eu espero realmente não por mim, mais pelos idosos, que mudem com urgência essa estrutura horrorosa que chamam de atendimento ao cliente.
Sei que estamos em pandemia, mas existe carência de número de funcionários atendendo nesse agência do Itaú do JD Gramacho, e esse tipo de coisa não deveria acontecer!
I've been in line since 10:13 and now it's 12:39, that is, almost THREE hours and I still haven't been answered. There are still about 18 people in front of me, and I find it regrettable to see so many elderly people and even disabled people having to wait in the sun, standing. It is a shame for Itaú this absurd delay. And whoever can, I suggest you avoid this agency. I'm here because I was screwed because Itaú took money from my savings improperly and I don't want anything more from this bank. I really hope not for me, but for the elderly, that urgently change this horrible structure that they call customer service.
I know we are in a pandemic, but there is a lack of number of employees attending this branch of Itaú do JD Gramacho, and this type of thing should not happen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os funcionários são atenciosos, maravilhosos... Estão de nota mil! Porém, não existe uma porta acessível para a pessoa idosa e deficiente... tem que passar pela porta giratória, arriscando a pessoa idosa e com dificuldades de locomoção a cair...
The staff are attentive, wonderful... They're top marks! However, there is no accessible door for the elderly and disabled person... they have to go through the revolving door, risking the elderly person with mobility difficulties to fall...
